The music you hear, "Paysages en Themes" is original music by Jean-Francois Kermarrec, a French musician who graciously has allowed us to use his music to portray the spirit of Bistro 412. He currently plays with a trio in Parisian Cafes. Of his music, he says "the melodies come like the wind blows from Brittany, and area of France where the landscapes change quickly". Enjoy!
