Our Menu

Chef Adam Ross uses sustainably raised meats, poultry, and seafoods and sources our produce as locally as possible. Sustainably raised meats have a wide range of nutritional benefits. Compared to factory farmed meat, sustainable meat from animals raised on pasture contains less fat, fewer calories, and higher levels of essential omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, beta carotene, and other important nutrients.
All processed meats are prepared in-house to ensure quality in menu preparation.

Hours

Bistro 412 is open daily for Lunch and Dinner 11:30 am-10:00 pm. Bistro 412 Bar opens daily at 5:00 pm with a full dinner menu.
