Chef Adam Ross uses sustainably raised meats, poultry, and seafoods and sources our produce as locally as possible. Sustainably raised meats have a wide range of nutritional benefits. Compared to factory farmed meat, sustainable meat from animals raised on pasture contains less fat, fewer calories, and higher levels of essential omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, beta carotene, and other important nutrients.
All processed meats are prepared in-house to ensure quality in menu preparation.
We are open for Lunch and dinner daily, 7 days a week from 11:30 am.
Off Season: We closed at 2:30 PM, opening for dinner at 5:00 PM.
We are currently closed on Tuesdays.
