Chef Adam Ross uses sustainably raised meats, poultry, and seafoods and sources our produce as locally as possible. Sustainably raised meats have a wide range of nutritional benefits. Compared to factory farmed meat, sustainable meat from animals raised on pasture contains less fat, fewer calories, and higher levels of essential omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, beta carotene, and other important nutrients.
All processed meats are prepared in-house to ensure quality in menu preparation.
Bistro412 is open daily for lunch 11:30-3:30pm. Dinner begins at 5:00pm till close. Bistro412 Bar opens daily at 3:30 with specials till 5:00 and a complete bar menu available.
